Special-category data is not requested. Please do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.

Providers and recipients
Hosting and email providers may access data only where necessary to provide their services. The language preference is not shared with any third party.
The WhatsApp link does not load Meta resources inside the page. Only when you open it do you move to an external service governed by its own terms and privacy policy. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities or courts where there is a legal obligation.
International transfers
Technical or messaging providers may process information from countries outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, such processing must rely on an adequacy decision or safeguards recognised by data-protection law. You may request up-to-date information by email.
Retention
The manual language choice is stored in localStorage until you change it or clear the site’s data. Reflected Studio does not add that value to its own database.
Enquiries are kept for as long as necessary to respond and decide whether a professional relationship will begin. If a project starts, data is retained for the relationship and then blocked for the periods required to address possible legal claims. Technical logs are retained for the minimum period needed for security, diagnostics and legal duties, according to the hosting configuration.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability where applicable by writing to hola@reflectedstudio.com and identifying the right you wish to exercise. Additional information may be requested where needed to verify your identity.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Automated decisions and children
No automated decisions are taken: you choose the language with the visible switch. No profiles are created. The services are not specifically directed at children; a minor should contact Reflected Studio with the involvement of their legal representative.
Security and updates
Technical and organisational measures proportionate to the information processed are applied. No system is completely infallible, so this policy will be reviewed if services, providers or data flows change.
