1 — Is this you?

Two very different needs. One person who gets both.

For individuals & freelancers

Your first website — or the one that was overdue

Clear, fast and professional. Without technical jargon and without paying for things you do not need.

11–5 page site with an agreed scope
2Copy and structure built with you, not a form
3Domain, hosting and email set up for you
4Google Business Profile and local SEO

Redesigns, apps, integrations and organic growth. Senior work, agency standards, direct line.

What do you need to achieve?

Start with your goal, even if you do not yet know which technical solution you need. These seven routes point you to the best service to start with.

Then we review the context and agree scope, timing and budget in writing.

Create or renew my websiteDesign, structure and a clearer digital presence.

Initial recommendation. I would start with web design and redesign. If you need to update content frequently, I would also review WordPress; if you plan to sell, the scope changes to an online store.

Tell me about the project
Attract more customersChoose a channel based on how people search and what you can measure.

Initial recommendation. SEO supports organic growth, GEO improves how search engines and assistants understand the business, and Google Ads can test active demand with a controlled budget. If you would rather work on them together, along with your website and your Google Business Profile, there is the acquisition pack.

Review my case
Bring my customers backA card on their phone, with stamps, points and notifications.

Initial recommendation. I would start with a digital loyalty card in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Customers save it without installing an app of yours, your team adds stamps or points on each visit and you send occasional notifications to their phone.

Plan my card
Save time and reduce costsConnect tasks and reduce repetitive work.

Initial recommendation. I would review automation and integrations to connect existing tools. If the process needs its own interface or logic, a web app may be the better fit.

Explain my process
Maintenance and supportA dedicated point of contact to look after your website.

Initial recommendation. I would organise maintenance and support through one point of contact. We agree what is reviewed, availability and how issues are handled; bespoke plugins and improvements are scoped to the project.

Discuss website support
Sell onlineA clear store for your products and the way you sell.

Initial recommendation. I would review the catalogue, purchasing journey, payments and everyday management. Then we define an online store that helps customers find and buy what they need.

Plan my store
Create an app or toolBookings, customer areas or a bespoke tool for your team.

Initial recommendation. If you need more than an informational website, we start with the process and the people using it. We define the screens, data and integrations for an app or bespoke tool.

Each service shows concrete deliverables. The final scope is agreed with you before work starts, based on the objective and starting point.

Web design and redesignFor presenting your business better, organising the message and turning visits into a clear next step.

Bespoke website design and redesign for independent professionals and businesses. Whether your current site no longer represents your business or you are starting from scratch, we define the structure, messaging and route to contact. The result is a responsive experience aligned with your brand, with performance, an SEO foundation and campaign-specific landing pages within the agreed scope.

  • Architecture and messagingPage map, content hierarchy and primary journeys linked to the project objective.
  • Bespoke visual systemTypography, colour, components and composition defined for the brand rather than a generic template.
  • Content and calls to actionPage-by-page guidance to organise the offer, answer questions and lead towards contact, booking or purchase.
  • Responsive visual implementationDesign for mobile, tablet and desktop; optimised media and high-density or Retina assets where they provide real sharpness.
  • Quality and handoffImage and font loading, keyboard, contrast, forms, technical SEO and editable content reviewed within the agreed scope.
  • Campaign-ready pagesLanding pages focused on one offer, messaging aligned with the ad and a clear form or WhatsApp contact route; measurement within the agreed scope.

Technical approachStructure and prototype are approved first; development then uses HTML, CSS and JavaScript, or WordPress when frequent editing is needed. The proposal states exactly which pages, states and optimisations are included.

WordPress developmentAn editable, maintainable website built around your content and the way you work.

WordPress website development for businesses and professionals who need an editable site with room to grow. Pages, services, case studies and articles use blocks and fields you can manage without touching code. New builds and migrations include agreed checks of structure, performance and technical SEO; specialist features are scoped as custom development.

  • Editable templates and blocksReusable layouts for publishing new content without breaking hierarchy, spacing or responsive behaviour.
  • Content modelFields, categories and relationships prepared for the services, projects or resources you actually manage.
  • Forms and integrationsSpecific capture, notification and connection flows included in the proposal, with validation, error and success states.
  • Controlled migrationWhen a previous website exists, content, URLs and elements to preserve are agreed before the change.
  • Training and handoffManagement session, access, updating criteria and documentation for the delivered setup.
  • SEO and performance foundationURLs, titles, indexing and loading reviewed so WordPress supports organic visibility and future campaigns, without ranking promises.

Technical approachWork uses WordPress, HTML, CSS and JavaScript with the minimum necessary extensions. The scope conversation defines templates, integrations, migration and the required level of autonomy before development.

Online storeA clear buying experience for the customer and manageable day-to-day operations for your team.

For businesses that need to sell online with a catalogue customers can understand and a purchase process the team can manage afterwards. Products, variants, operating rules and the transactional journey are agreed before configuration.

  • Catalogue modelCategories, variants, attributes and product content organised for editing and discovery.
  • Product pages and navigationInformation, imagery, filters and product relationships defined to support comparison and decisions.
  • Basket, checkout and paymentPurchase journey and agreed payment method, with clear validation, rejection and confirmation messages.
  • Shipping and taxRules supplied by the business translated into a reviewable, documented configuration.
  • Transactional flowOrders, statuses, emails and daily management tasks prepared for the responsible team.
  • Product SEO and measurementCategory and product content, URLs and agreed purchase-journey tracking to identify lost sales opportunities and prioritise improvements.

Technical approachThe store is built with WooCommerce on WordPress or Shopify, depending on the project. The proposal specifies the included catalogue, payment, shipping, tax and integrations; product performance, responsive behaviour and SEO are reviewed within that scope.

Apps and web appsWeb tools focused on a specific task, for your clients or your own team.

For processes that need their own web tool: a private area, dashboard, calculator or internal workflow. Before building, we define who uses it, which decision they make, which data they need and which result they should obtain.

  • Workflow and rolesTasks, users, permissions and primary decisions described before designing screens.
  • Functional prototypeThe critical journey is validated with representative content before investing in complete implementation.
  • Interface and statesControls, forms and loading, empty, error, success and recovery responses defined for each action.
  • Data and integrationsAvailable inputs, outputs and connections agreed with explicit boundaries and responsibilities.
  • Use and handoffResponsive behaviour, keyboard, focus, contrast and technical explanation reviewed for the intended devices and tasks.
  • Evolution and maintenanceDocumentation, usage limits and a development plan so the application can grow without rebuilding its foundation for every change.

Technical approachThe priority journey is prototyped and developed with HTML, CSS and JavaScript, integrating WordPress where it fits the content. The scope lists the included screens, roles, data and integrations.

SEOA technical and content foundation that makes it easier to find you for relevant searches.

For businesses that need to understand why their website does not appear for relevant searches and what should be corrected first. Work connects the technical foundation, search intent and content with useful measurement, without promising rankings.

  • Crawling and indexingAccess, URL status, technical hierarchy and blockers that prevent content discovery reviewed.
  • Search-intent mapServices, real questions and searches connected to a justified page or concrete improvement.
  • On-page contentTitles, headings, messages, metadata and coverage of the need reviewed page by page.
  • Architecture and internal linksInternal relationships and structured data used only where they match verifiable published content.
  • Measurement and prioritiesActions ordered by evidence, likely impact, effort and how the change can be checked.
  • Local SEO where relevantServices and operating area described with real facts; business-profile and website consistency reviewed when the business is eligible.

Technical approachThe proposal states whether the work is diagnosis, implementation or follow-up. Each finding separates facts, hypotheses and measurement limits; changes are applied in HTML or WordPress according to the existing website.

GEO · AI visibilityClearer, verifiable information that helps search engines and assistants understand your business.

For organisations that want to explain precisely who they are, what they offer and where they operate across search engines and assistants. GEO complements SEO by improving clarity, consistency and access to verifiable information, but it cannot guarantee mentions or specific answers.

  • Entity and offer mapCore facts, services, audiences and operating area defined consistently.
  • Answer contentReal questions, direct explanations and data users can verify on the website itself.
  • Semantic structureHTML hierarchy, internal relationships and structured markup only when it represents published content.
  • Source consistencyDiscrepancies between pages, profiles and public references identified for correction.
  • Access and reviewRelevant crawling, control files and technical signals checked within the agreed scope.
  • Authorship and evidenceClear service ownership, real case studies, sources and dates where useful; no invented reviews, experience or mentions.

Technical approachWork relies on crawlable content, semantic HTML and verifiable data. The handoff documents what changed, which sources depend on the client and which outcomes remain controlled by third parties.

Google AdsCampaigns with clear intent, useful measurement and budget decisions made with context.

For businesses that want to reach people actively searching with a budget they can understand. Before launch, demand, offer, location, landing page and conversion action are reviewed; optimisation then uses real data and lead quality.

  • Initial researchSearches, intent, visible competition and service constraints reviewed before campaign structure.
  • Campaign structureGroups, terms, negatives, location and budget organised around specific offers.
  • Ads and landing pageMessages and assets aligned with the query and the landing page intended to turn that search into an enquiry.
  • Conversion measurementAgreed actions configured and interpreted with explicit attribution and data-quality limits.
  • Optimisation and budgetSearch terms, cost, conversions and lead quality reviewed to decide what to keep, exclude or adjust.
  • Enquiry follow-upClicks, forms and WhatsApp reviewed together when tracking is configured. A click is not a conversation or a customer: enquiry quality matters too.

Technical approachCampaign, measurement and landing page are treated as one journey. The proposal sets what is created, what is optimised, the review cadence and the assumptions behind budget recommendations.

Automation, integrations and AILess repeated work and a more reliable flow between the tools you already use.

For teams that copy data, repeat notifications or lose information between the website, email and other tools. The current process is documented and a shorter flow is agreed, with owners and a manual route when something fails.

  • Process mapTrigger, input data, decisions, owners, exceptions and expected result.
  • Automated flowSpecific forms, notifications, documents or status changes described step by step.
  • Agreed integrationsAvailable connections between WordPress, email, CRM or other accessible tools.
  • AI with human reviewSources, instructions, limits and validation point defined when AI provides real value.
  • Errors and recoveryRecords, alerts, edge cases and a manual alternative prepared so failures are not hidden.
  • Permissions and running costsMinimum access, execution limits and tool costs clarified before activation, with defined owners and controls.

Technical approachA small, testable flow is proposed first. Scope lists tools, inputs, outputs, permissions, tests and the expected response when an external integration is unavailable.

Digital loyalty cardBring back customers who have already bought from you: a card on their phone, with stamps, points and notifications.

Digital loyalty cards for businesses with repeat customers: hospitality, beauty, clinics, gyms or retail. Customers save the card in their phone's wallet without installing an app of yours, your team adds stamps or points on each visit and you send occasional notifications that appear on their screen.

  • Card designColours, logo, image and fields adapted to your brand, in the Apple Wallet and Google Wallet formats.
  • Sign-up with QRSign-up page and QR code for the counter, menu or receipt; the link opens the wallet that matches each phone.
  • Stamps, points or couponsMechanics and reward defined with you before launch, with a scanner so the team can add them from a phone or tablet.
  • Notifications on the phonePromotions, reminders or reward available, within the limits set by Apple and Google.
  • Dashboard and follow-upSign-ups, visits and rewards in view, so you can decide based on your own data.
  • Privacy and trainingConsent, information and opt-out defined before any data is collected, and launch with your team.

Technical approachThe card is issued in the official Apple Wallet and Google Wallet formats. Google limits notifications that trigger an alert to three per card every 24 hours, and on iPhone each new notification replaces the previous one, so it is planned as a timely reminder, not daily advertising. It does not guarantee visits or sales.

Web support and custom developmentFix issues, build specific plugins or add technical capacity to an agency.

For websites that need an issue fixed, an existing foundation maintained or a specific feature developed; also for agencies delegating technical production. Every engagement starts with diagnosis, priority and clear boundaries.

  • Diagnosis and priorityThe problem is reproduced and its impact and likely cause assessed before a fix is proposed.
  • Agreed maintenanceUpdates, backups, forms, performance and checks included in a defined cadence.
  • Custom WordPress pluginsSpecific features, dashboards or integrations when a generic extension does not solve the case.
  • Website improvementsNew sections, flows and changes to existing HTML, CSS, JavaScript or WordPress.
  • Agency reinforcementTasks, deliverables, review and handoff defined to integrate with the team responsible for the client.
  • Testing and launchChanges validated in an agreed environment, a backup where appropriate and documented recovery steps before work reaches the public website.

Technical approachWhen risk requires it, work uses a copy or controlled environment. The proposal sets diagnosis, change, test and handoff; the existing system is respected and working parts are not replaced without reason.

It combines design and development with technical SEO, GEO and automation. It may be a good fit if you want direct contact, an agreed quote and a website you can edit yourself.

To assess the fit, I would review its services, published projects and working process before requesting a proposal.

10 — FAQ

Clear answers before your project starts.

Budget, timing, content, SEO, GEO, WordPress and support: here I explain how I work and what you can expect from Reflected Studio.

The price depends on scope: number of pages, store, integrations and content. Before we start, you receive a fixed quote; any change in scope is agreed in writing.

Timing depends on scope and on having text, images and access credentials ready. Dates and milestones are written into the proposal before we start.

I work with self-employed professionals, individuals and companies. Needs, scope and budget change; the design judgement, technical foundation and level of finish do not.

GEO means preparing a website’s structure, content and verifiable data so search engines and AI assistants understand the business, its services, where it works and who it helps. It complements SEO and cannot guarantee mentions or positions.

Depending on scope, it can include strategy and information architecture, UX/UI design, development, responsive adaptation, technical SEO, GEO, analytics and training. The proposal states exactly what is included and what is not.

Your objective, current website if there is one, target audience, required sections or functions and any important date. If part of that is still unclear, I help you define it before closing the scope and price.

Not necessarily. I can help organise the message, define the content each page needs and identify missing visual material. Copywriting, photography, video or translation are included only when the proposal says so.

I build a shared foundation: useful crawlable content, clear hierarchy, metadata, internal links, performance, verified structured data and access for relevant crawlers, including OAI-SearchBot when appropriate. This improves eligibility and understanding, but no professional can guarantee rankings or citations.

I deliver the editable website, review the agreed technical checks and explain how to manage it. Ongoing maintenance, support or later improvements can be arranged separately according to what the project needs.

Yes. I review objectives, content, user experience, technical foundation and SEO/GEO before proposing priorities. Sometimes it is better to improve the current site; in other cases, rebuilding avoids carrying old limitations forward.

Your website can attract many more customers. At Reflected Studio, we make it possible.

Send me your website or your idea on WhatsApp. I will review it personally and reply with a concrete recommendation and the next step.
