Online store
An online store clear to buy from and easy to run.
I build online stores with WooCommerce on WordPress or with Shopify, depending on the project, for businesses that need to sell with a catalogue people understand and a purchase process their team can manage afterwards. Before setting anything up we agree products, variants, operating rules and purchase journey. You work directly with me, with scope and budget fixed in writing before we start.

What does your online store include?
Catalogue model
I organise categories, variants and product data so it is easy to find and edit what you sell.
Categories, variants, attributes and product content organised to make editing and discovery easier. Products and variants are agreed before the store is set up, whether in WooCommerce or in Shopify, and the proposal specifies the catalogue included, so it is clear which products, attributes and variants are part of the project.
Product pages and navigation
Each product shows the information, images and filters needed to compare and decide.
Information, images, filters and relationships between products defined to help people compare and decide. The path from the category to the product page is designed, and the store's performance and responsive behaviour are reviewed within the scope agreed in the proposal.
Basket, checkout and payment
I define the purchase journey and the payment method, with clear messages if the payment fails or is confirmed.
Purchase journey and agreed payment method, with clear messages on validation, decline and confirmation. The customer sees what is missing in a field, what has happened if the payment is declined and when the order is confirmed; the specific method is agreed in the proposal before the store is set up.
Shipping and taxes
I turn your business's shipping and tax rules into a configuration that can be reviewed.
Rules provided by the business turned into a configuration that can be reviewed and is documented. You tell me how you ship and which taxes you apply; I set it up on the agreed platform and document how it has been left, so it can be checked. The proposal specifies the shipping and taxes included.
Transactional flow
I leave orders, their statuses and the emails ready, so your team can manage the store every day.
Orders, statuses, emails and day-to-day management tasks prepared for the team in charge. The store is built with WooCommerce on WordPress or with Shopify, and the transactional flow is agreed before it is set up: which statuses an order goes through, which emails are sent and which tasks the team takes on day to day.
Product SEO and tracking
I look after the content of categories and product pages and measure the purchase to see where sales are lost.
Content of categories and product pages, URLs and tracking of the purchase journey agreed to detect where sales are lost and prioritise improvements. Depending on the project, analytics such as Google Analytics is used. Product SEO is reviewed within the agreed scope, without promising rankings or sales.
The store is built with WooCommerce on WordPress or with Shopify; the platform is chosen with you according to the project and fixed in the proposal. The proposal specifies the catalogue, payment, shipping, taxes and integrations included; performance, responsiveness and product SEO are reviewed within that scope.

The store is designed to let people explore products without losing their way through the purchase journey.
Five steps to a store your team knows how to run.
Understand the starting point
You tell me what you sell, how you sell today and what would need to improve.
Define scope and proposal
We agree products, variants, operating rules, purchase journey and budget before the store is set up.
Organise catalogue and journey
We organise categories, attributes and product pages, and turn payment, shipping and taxes into a documented configuration.
Set up and review
I set up the store on the agreed platform, WooCommerce or Shopify, and you review each milestone, including the payment messages.
Launch and leave it ready
I leave orders, statuses and emails ready for day-to-day management, and I explain how to run it.
Questions about the online store.
Price, timings, platform, payments and what happens afterwards: what people usually ask me before opening an online store.
How much does an online store cost?
It depends on the scope: products and variants, payment method, shipping and tax rules, and integrations. Before we start, you receive a fixed quote, and any change of scope is agreed in writing. The proposal specifies which catalogue, payment, shipping, taxes and integrations it includes, so you know what is in and what is not.
How long does it take?
It depends on the scope and on having the products, copy, images and shipping and tax rules ready. Dates and milestones are set out in writing in the proposal before we start, and you review each milestone while the store is being set up.
How is it paid?
Normally, 50% on accepting the quote and the remaining 50% once the store has been delivered. This refers to payment for my work; the payment method your customers will see in the store is a different matter and is agreed in the proposal. Any change of scope is agreed in writing.
Who owns the store once it is finished?
You do: once it is paid for, the store is yours. Orders, statuses, emails and day-to-day management tasks are left ready for the team in charge, and I explain how to manage them so your team can run the store as normal.
What do you need to prepare the quote?
What you sell, whether your products have variants, the payment method you prefer, the shipping and tax rules your business applies and any important date. You provide the rules and I turn them into a configuration that can be reviewed and is documented. If something is not clear, I help you define it before fixing scope and price.
Which platform do you build the store on?
The store is built with WooCommerce on WordPress or with Shopify; the platform is chosen with you according to the project and fixed in the proposal. The proposal specifies the catalogue, payment, shipping, taxes and integrations included, and performance, responsiveness and product SEO are reviewed within that scope. If your project starts from another platform, tell me on WhatsApp and we will look at it.
Will I be able to manage products and orders myself?
Yes. The catalogue is organised into categories, variants and attributes to make editing easier, and orders, their statuses, emails and day-to-day management tasks are left ready for the team in charge. I explain how to run it before the store is considered delivered.
Which payment and shipping methods can it have?
The payment method is agreed in the proposal, with clear messages when the payment is validated, declined or confirmed. The shipping and tax rules come from your business and are turned into a configuration that can be reviewed and is documented. Which specific methods are included is defined before the store is set up.
Do I need to have the product pages ready?
Not necessarily. I help you organise categories, attributes and product content, and spot which information or images are missing. Copywriting, photography, video or translation are included only when they appear in the proposal, so you know in advance which part of the content is down to you.
Do you guarantee sales with the store?
No. I do not promise sales or search rankings. What I do is leave a clear catalogue, a reviewed purchase journey and agreed tracking of that journey, to detect where sales are lost and prioritise improvements. I cannot promise commercial results.
Will it look good and work on mobile?
The store's performance and responsive behaviour are reviewed within the scope agreed in the proposal. The product page, the basket and the payment are treated as a single purchase journey, with information, images and filters defined to help people compare and decide.
What happens after it goes live?
The store is delivered with orders, statuses and emails ready for day-to-day management, and I explain how to run it. Maintenance, support or later improvements can be agreed separately, depending on what the project needs. Any extension of the scope is agreed in writing.
