GEO · AI visibility

Help ChatGPT and Google understand your business.

What is included

What does GEO for your website include?

  • Entity and offer map

I put in writing who you are, what you offer, to whom and where, and make sure it is said the same way everywhere.

Basic facts, services, audiences and area of work defined consistently. The entity is the business as a search engine or an assistant should be able to understand it: who it is, what it offers, who it helps and where it operates. That description is defined consistently and serves as the reference for the rest of the work.

  • Answer content

I answer real questions clearly, with facts that can be checked on your own website.

Real questions, direct explanations and facts the user can check on the website itself. Content is written so it can be cited without ambiguity: one question, one direct answer and verifiable facts, published on crawlable pages. No reviews, experiences or mentions that do not exist are included.

  • Semantic structure

I organise each page so that machines and people understand what each part is.

HTML hierarchy, internal relationships and structured markup only when it represents published content. Semantic HTML marks what is a heading, a list or an answer, and structured markup describes data already visible on the page, never information that does not appear on it. The work rests on crawlable content.

  • Source consistency

I look for facts that contradict each other across your website, your profiles and other public references so they can be corrected.

Discrepancies between pages, profiles and public references identified for correction. The business’s facts are compared across all those places and the differences are flagged. The handover documents what was corrected, which sources depend on the client and which results remain under third-party control.

  • Access and review

I check that crawlers can read your website and that the technical signals are in order.

Crawling, control files and relevant technical signals checked within the agreed scope. I check that content is accessible to the relevant crawlers, including OAI-SearchBot where applicable, and that control files do not block what should be readable.

  • Authorship and evidence

I make clear who offers the service and show real cases, sources and dates, never invented reviews or mentions.

Identification of who offers the service, real cases, sources and dates when they add context; no invented review, experience or mention. Cases and sources are published with their date when they add context, so anyone can verify them, and what cannot be checked is not added.

The work rests on crawlable content, semantic HTML and verifiable data. The handover documents what was corrected, which sources depend on the client and which results remain under third-party control.

Google review: 5 out of 5 stars.GEO · AI visibility

We asked about appearing in AI answers and appreciated not being sold a magic formula. GEO starts with explaining who we are, organising information and making it easier to interpret. Reflected Studio presented it as careful website preparation, not a guaranteed mention in ChatGPT.

How I work

Five steps so your business is properly understood.

  1. Understand the starting point

You tell me what you offer, to whom and where you work, and how you are described today on the website and in your profiles.

  2. Define scope and proposal

We agree what is reviewed and what is corrected within the scope, with a fixed written quote.

  3. Organise the information

I define basic facts, services, audiences and area of work, and locate discrepancies between pages, profiles and references.

  4. Write and structure the answers

I prepare real questions with direct answers, HTML hierarchy and structured markup only if it represents published content.

  5. Check and document

I review crawling and technical signals, and the handover documents what was corrected, what depends on you and what remains in third-party hands.

FAQ

Questions about GEO and AI visibility.

What GEO is, what it does not promise and how it relates to SEO: what people usually ask me before we start.

How do I get my company to appear in ChatGPT or Gemini?

You cannot pay to appear and there is no way to guarantee it, but there are steps that improve your chances: letting their crawlers read your website, including OAI-SearchBot; explaining clearly what you do, for whom and where; answering real questions with checkable facts; keeping the same facts on your website, your profiles and public references; and getting other trustworthy websites to talk about you. That is exactly the work of GEO: it prepares your website so assistants understand it, without promising mentions.

How much does GEO cost?

It depends on the scope: how many pages, profiles and public sources need reviewing and how much correction work they involve. Before we start you receive a fixed written quote, and any change of scope is also agreed in writing. The proposal states exactly what is included and what is not.

How long does it take?

The timing depends on the scope and on the business information, access and public references being available. Dates and milestones are set out in writing in the proposal before we start. What I cannot set is when, or whether, an AI assistant will change what it answers.

How does payment work?

Payment terms are set in the proposal, together with the scope and the fixed written quote before we start. If you want follow-up later, its terms are also set in the proposal. Any change of scope is agreed in writing before it is applied.

Who owns the work when it is finished?

The corrections are applied to your own website and you receive documentation of what was corrected, which sources depend on you and which results remain under third-party control. With that documentation you know what belongs to each party and what you need to keep up to date.

What do you need to get started?

Your current website, your services, the audiences you address, the area where you work and the public profiles or references where you appear. With that I compare the information across pages and sources. If something is not clear, I help you define it before we settle scope and price.

What exactly is GEO?

GEO means preparing the structure, content and verifiable data of a website so that search engines and AI assistants understand what business it is, what services it offers, where it works and who it helps. It complements SEO and guarantees neither mentions nor rankings.

What do you do so a website can appear in Google and in ChatGPT?

I work on a shared foundation: useful, crawlable content, clear hierarchy, metadata, internal links, performance, verified structured data and access for the relevant crawlers, including OAI-SearchBot where applicable. This improves eligibility and understanding, but no professional can guarantee rankings or citations.

Can I pay to appear in ChatGPT?

Not with this service. GEO neither buys nor guarantees mentions: it works on clarity, consistency and access to verifiable information about your business, so assistants have reliable facts to interpret. What each assistant answers at any given moment is not something I control.

Is it the same as SEO?

No, although they complement each other. SEO works on the technical foundation, search intent and content to make it easier to find you in search engines. GEO focuses on search engines and AI assistants understanding precisely who you are, what you offer and where you operate. Neither guarantees rankings or mentions.

Can you guarantee ChatGPT will mention me?

No. Nobody can guarantee mentions or specific answers, and I do not promise them. What I deliver is a clearer, more consistent and more accessible website, with documentation of what was corrected, which sources depend on you and which results remain under third-party control.

Does it also work for Gemini, Claude or Copilot?

The foundation is the same: clear, crawlable and verifiable information. But each assistant uses different sources and their results vary, so I cannot say for certain how any of them will answer. What I can do is check that access and the relevant technical signals are correct within the agreed scope.

What happens afterwards?

The handover documents what was corrected, which sources depend on you and which results remain under third-party control, so you know what you need to keep up to date, such as your profiles and public references. If you want to review later how things evolve, follow-up can be agreed in writing.

Tell me how you want to be understood.

Send me your website on WhatsApp and I will explain what I would review first, without promising mentions.
