SEO

SEO so the people already searching find you.

I do SEO for businesses that want to understand why their website does not show up in relevant searches and what is worth fixing first. I review the technical foundations, the search intent and the content, and leave you the actions ordered by evidence, likely impact and effort. You work directly with me and the scope is set out in writing; I do not promise rankings, because nobody can guarantee them.

What is included

What does SEO for your website include?

  • Crawling and indexing

I check that search engines can reach your pages and discover your content.

A review of access, URL status, technical hierarchy and the blocks that stop content from being discovered. I check whether search engines can crawl your pages and whether the URLs are available to be indexed. Each finding separates facts, hypotheses and measurement limits, and the changes are applied in HTML or WordPress.

  • Intent map

I relate your services to what people ask and search for, and decide which page or improvement that justifies.

The relationship between services, real questions and the searches that justify a specific page or improvement. The map connects what you offer with search intent, that is, with what the person typing a query wants, and makes clear which pages or improvements are justified. Each conclusion tells facts from hypotheses.

  • On-page content

I review titles, headings and messages page by page, so they answer what people search for.

Titles, headings, messages, metadata and coverage of the need, reviewed page by page. For each page I assess whether the content covers the need that justifies its existence and how it is presented in the results, and the changes are applied in HTML or WordPress depending on the existing website.

  • Architecture and linking

I organise how your pages relate to each other and add structured data where it matches published content.

Internal relationships and structured data where they match verifiable published content. Internal linking connects the pages following the hierarchy of the website, and structured markup is only added if it describes content that is already published and can be checked, never to suggest information that does not exist.

  • Measurement and priorities

I leave you the actions ordered by evidence, impact and effort, with the way to check each change.

Actions ordered by evidence, likely impact, effort and the way to check the change. Each finding separates facts, hypotheses and measurement limits, so you know what has been verified, what is a reasoned assumption and what cannot be measured reliably. Depending on the project, platforms such as Google Analytics or Semrush are used.

  • Local SEO where it applies

If you serve an area, I check that your services and your Google listing say the same as the website.

Services and service area described with real data; a review of the business profile and its consistency with the website when the business meets the requirements. I check that the services and the service area match between the website and the profile, and the profile is only worked on when the business is eligible to have one.

The proposal states whether the work is diagnosis, implementation or follow-up. Each finding separates facts, hypotheses and measurement limits; the changes are applied in HTML or WordPress depending on the existing website.

A real Google review from Dr. Nelson Cáceres about the SEO work.

Google review: 5 out of 5 stars.SEO

With SEO, I needed to know where to start rather than receive an endless list of technical terms. Reflected Studio helped us organise the service pages and separate priorities from secondary details. I especially value clear explanations without promises of rankings nobody can guarantee.

How I work

Five steps to know what to fix first.

  1. Understand the starting point

You tell me what you offer, to whom, and why you think your website does not show up in relevant searches.

  2. Define scope and proposal

We settle whether the work is diagnosis, implementation or follow-up, with a fixed quote in writing.

  3. Review crawling, intent and content

I check access and indexing, relate your services to real questions and review each page.

  4. Prioritise and apply

I order the actions by evidence, likely impact and effort, and apply the changes in HTML or WordPress if the proposal includes it.

  5. Measure and make clear what comes next

Each finding separates facts, hypotheses and measurement limits, and the way to check the change is stated.

FAQ

Questions about SEO.

Price, timing, guarantees and what you receive: what people usually ask me before we start SEO for a website.

How much does SEO cost?

It depends on the scope: whether the work is diagnosis, implementation or follow-up, and how many pages and services need reviewing. Before we start, you receive a fixed quote in writing, and any change of scope is also agreed in writing. The proposal states which of those three kinds of work it includes.

How long does the work take and when do the changes show?

The time the work takes depends on the scope and is set out in writing in the proposal before we start. When the changes show in search engines is something I neither control nor can promise: that is why each action comes with the way to check the change, with the measurement limits explained.

How is it paid?

The payment terms are set in the proposal, together with the scope, the kind of work (diagnosis, implementation or follow-up) and the fixed quote in writing. That way you know before we start what each payment covers. Any change of scope is agreed in writing before it is applied.

What do I receive and who owns the work?

You receive the findings, with each point separated into facts, hypotheses and measurement limits, and the actions ordered by evidence, likely impact and effort. The changes are applied to your own website, in HTML or WordPress depending on which you have.

What do you need to get started?

Your current website, which services you offer and to whom, which area you work in and which searches you want to be found for. Whatever access is needed is specified in the proposal. If something is not clear, I help you define it before closing scope and price.

Do you guarantee I will rank first on Google?

No. Nobody can guarantee rankings, and I do not promise them. What I do is separate facts from hypotheses, order the actions by evidence, likely impact and effort, and explain clearly what can be checked and what cannot. That way you know what has been fixed and what is outside my control.

What is the difference between diagnosis, implementation and follow-up?

The proposal states which of the three the work is. A diagnosis reviews the website and orders the priorities; implementation applies the changes in HTML or WordPress; follow-up then checks how they evolve, with the measurement limits explained.

Do you work on local SEO?

When the business meets the requirements, the services and the service area are described with real data, and the business profile (the Google listing) and its consistency with the website are reviewed. If your business does not meet the requirements for a listing, that part does not apply and the rest is worked on.

Can you improve the SEO of a website that already exists?

Yes. The changes are applied in HTML or WordPress depending on the website you already have. First, access and indexing are reviewed, along with which searches justify a page or a specific improvement and which content needs fixing, and everything is ordered by evidence, likely impact and effort.

Is SEO the same as GEO?

They are not the same, but they complement each other. SEO works on the technical foundations, search intent and content to make it easier to find you in search engines. GEO prepares clear, verifiable information so that search engines and AI assistants understand your business. Neither guarantees rankings or mentions.

Why does my website not show up on Google?

There can be several causes, which is why I do not take them for granted. I review whether search engines can access and discover your URLs, whether there is a page that answers each relevant search, and whether titles, headings and messages cover that need. Each finding separates facts from hypotheses.

What happens afterwards?

You receive the findings and the priorities, and the changes applied if the proposal included implementation. If you want to continue with follow-up of how things evolve, it is specified in the proposal as work separate from the diagnosis. Any extension of scope is agreed in writing.
