Google Ads
Google Ads to reach people who are already searching for what you sell.
I manage Google Ads campaigns for businesses that want to capture active searches with a spend they can understand. Before launch I review demand, offer, area, landing page and conversion action; afterwards I optimise with real data and enquiry quality, not isolated clicks. You work directly with me, with scope and budget agreed in writing before we start.
- Budget with context
- Enquiry tracking
- Landing page reviewed
Animated example: someone searches for “emergency plumber” on a generic search engine, a sponsored result from “Your brand” appears, the click leads to that offer’s page and the person sends a WhatsApp message; it arrives on the business owner’s phone.

What does managing your Google Ads campaigns include?
Initial research
Before structuring anything I review what people search for, who is competing and what limits your service has.
Searches, intent, visible competition and service restrictions reviewed before campaigns are structured. I analyse what demand exists, which offer answers it, the area you work in and which page the visit should reach, and that review feeds the proposal with the assumptions used to recommend a budget.
Campaign structure
I organise the campaign into groups around specific offers, excluding the searches you do not want.
Groups, terms, negatives, location and budget organised around specific offers. Each offer has its own group of terms, unwanted searches are excluded with negatives and location is limited to where you work. The proposal sets what is created and how often it is reviewed.
Ads and landing page
The ad matches the search and leads to a page that turns the visit into an enquiry.
Messages and assets consistent with the query and with the page that should turn it into an enquiry. The ad and its landing page are treated as a single journey, and when needed a page focused on one offer is prepared, with simple contact by form or WhatsApp.
Conversion tracking
I set up the actions that count as an enquiry and explain how far each figure can be trusted.
Agreed actions set up and read with explicit limits on attribution and data quality. What counts as a conversion is agreed before launch, it is measured with platforms such as Google Analytics and Google Ads depending on the project, and I explain which part of the result can be attributed with confidence and which cannot.
Optimisation and budget
I review with real data which searches work and decide what to keep, exclude or adjust.
Review of terms, cost, conversions and lead quality to decide what to keep, exclude or adjust. The review follows the cadence set in the proposal and budget decisions are made with context: which terms triggered the ads, what they cost and which enquiries they produced.
Enquiry follow-up
I look at clicks, forms and WhatsApp together, because a click is not yet a customer.
Clicks, forms and WhatsApp read together when their tracking is set up. A click is not a conversation or a customer: enquiry quality is reviewed too, so the campaign is judged by the useful enquiries it generates and not only by the volume of clicks.
Campaign, tracking and landing page are treated as a single journey. The proposal sets what is created, what is optimised, the review cadence and the assumptions used to recommend a budget.
Understand what you are paying for.

Real Google review from the Todo al Rojo Marketing team about Google Ads management.
Todo al Rojo teamTodo al Rojo MarketingWhat matters most to us in Google Ads is understanding what we are paying for. Reviewing searches, refining ads and choosing the right landing page makes more sense than chasing clicks without context. We appreciate discussing budget and useful enquiries rather than just attractive numbers.
Five steps to know what you are paying for.
Understand the starting point
You tell me what you sell, in which area and which action you consider a worthwhile enquiry.
Define scope and proposal
We review demand, offer, area and landing page; the proposal sets what is created, what is optimised and how often it is reviewed.
Structure and track
I organise campaigns, terms, negatives and budget, and set up the agreed conversion actions.
Launch and optimise
I review terms, cost, conversions and lead quality to decide what to keep, exclude or adjust.
Read the enquiries and decide
I read clicks, forms and WhatsApp together, with the attribution limits made explicit, and adjust the spend with that data.
Questions about Google Ads.
Price, spend, tracking and guarantees: what people usually ask me before launching a Google Ads campaign.
How much does Google Ads cost?
There are two separate things: what my work costs, which is set in a fixed written quote before we start, and the ad budget I recommend, which comes with the assumptions I use to calculate it. Any change of scope is agreed in writing.
How long does it take?
Before launch, demand, offer, area, landing page and conversion action are reviewed. Dates and milestones are set out in writing in the proposal before we start. After that, the campaign is optimised with real data at the review cadence set in the proposal, not as a one-off.
How does payment work?
Payment terms are set in the proposal, together with what is created, what is optimised and the review cadence. The fixed written quote is agreed before we start, and any change of scope is also agreed in writing before it is applied.
Who owns the account and the campaign data?
You create the Google Ads account in your business’s name and give me access to manage it. The account and its data are always yours: if we stop working together, you keep everything.
What do you need to get started?
What you sell and which offer you want to advertise, the area you work in, which page the visit should reach and which action you consider a conversion, such as a form or a WhatsApp message. With that I review demand, offer, area and landing page before launch.
How much should I spend on ads?
There is no figure that suits everyone. I recommend a budget after reviewing demand, offer, area, landing page and conversion action, and the proposal sets out the assumptions I use to calculate it. That way you can decide with context and not just with a number.
Is a click a customer?
No. A click is not a conversation or a customer: that is why it is read together with forms and WhatsApp, when their tracking is set up, and enquiry quality is reviewed too. Tracking is handled with explicit limits on attribution and data quality.
Do I need a dedicated landing page?
The page matters as much as the ad. Messages and assets are aligned with the query and with the page that should turn it into an enquiry. If your website has no suitable page, one focused on a single offer can be prepared, with simple contact by form or WhatsApp.
Do you guarantee customers or sales?
I do not promise customers, sales or a volume of enquiries. I can organise the searches, refine the ads, send each visit to a page that makes sense and track with explicit limits, but what happens next depends on demand, on your offer and on the visible competition. What does become clear is what you are paying for.
How often is the campaign reviewed and optimised?
The proposal sets what is created, what is optimised and the review cadence. Each review looks at search terms, cost, conversions and lead quality with real data, to decide what to keep, exclude or adjust.
How do you avoid spending on searches that are no use?
Before launch, groups, terms, negatives, location and budget are organised around specific offers. Afterwards the real terms that trigger the ads are reviewed to exclude the ones that do not fit. It is an ongoing review, at the cadence set in the proposal, not a single adjustment.
What happens after the campaign is launched?
The campaign keeps being optimised with real data and enquiry quality, at the review cadence set in the proposal. With each review we decide what to keep, exclude or adjust and how to split the budget. If you want to change the scope, it is agreed in writing.
Tell me what you sell and where.
Send me your offer and your website on WhatsApp, and I will reply with a specific recommendation and the next step.
